1.8.2 Release Level E

This is the Green Hills 1.8.2 Release.

A new peephole optimizer has been added; part of it is always
operational, the other parts can be accessed with -X54. This
should be built into your 'gcc' command, unless you are routinely
compiling operating system kernel code.

A new, standalone Fortran and C library is included.

IEEE is the only form of arithmetic which is still supported;
for the time being you must still explicitly specify -X22.

The floating point arithmetic library is much simpler and is now a single
file, which supports both single and double precision calls.

A bug in 1.8.2D, wherein case statements only worked with -X15,
has been fixed.
